TLC means natural air conditioning.........or floor has a slight slant--20degrees.........or perhaps you will notice the sawdust around.............from the millions of termites who have made this home theirs.......

Some TLC just need to have everything gutted to the studs and a complete rebuild........

Some TLC just needs new carpet and paint and a fumigator..........

Basically TLC means have a great home inspector and get a termite report.........
