Q. I am not in the Colorado Springs area, but I am looking for some language for a Guaranteed Buyout Program (additional provisions or Amendment) that I could use in Denver. Anyone?

You don't mention if you are an agent or not.  I can't speak specifically for Colorado but am pretty sure that if you want "language" written for contracts, agents are prohibited from doing anything but filling in blanks.  You should avail yourself of the services of a good real estate attorney.
