If I read your question correctly, what you are worried about is the HOA rules and regulations.  If you are worried about the investor being able to lease it, check with the management company or someone on the Board of Directors. Otherwise, there should be no problem as long as a title co will issue clear title.

Call me to discuss, Will be glad to try to help.

Investors buy propery all of the time that have an HOA.  Where is the property located?  If the investor intends to rent it out the rules of the assc will determine if they can do so or not.  Feel free to contact me directly if I can be of further assistance.

If I knew I had to go back up north I would of never bought it-I cannot wait for a realtor to sell it for me..So if I ck with my HOA I should be able to find out if they allow it?
