Q. Do modular homes hold their value as well as stick built homes?

A modular home typically had a lesser value when initially built/purchased, so that lower value.  That said, that "lower" value will hold and does appreciate much like a stick built home.  What will not happen is that a modular home will appreciate to the price of a similar stick built home.  Newer modulars are not built "green" and not considered as negatively as they once were.
