Current mortgage rate trends remained flat today.  We may experience lower rates soon because the market is showing concern over the economy. As a result we may see the 30 year fixed rate drop from the 3.5% coupon to the 3% coupon resulting in lower mortgage rates.  Let's keep our fingers crossed...
