Any real estate agent who has a listing wants to have it look its best to attract buyers. Since most people start their home search on the web, and those viewers tend to use photos to exclude rather than include homes to look at, quality photos are more important than ever.
Since kitchens and baths are major determinants of interest in a home, good photos of them are crucial.

We have all seen too many really bad photos in real estate listings. Some real estate agents are better than others at taking photos, and some agents really are excellent. I believe that anyone can take decent photos of their listings with a little awareness and practice. The tips below are aimed at the average/below average skill level agent who uses a point-and-shoot camera set on "Auto" and wants/needs to improve the quality of their real estate photos.

The Realtor's Association did a poll on web features in which 83% of respondents rated photos "very useful" and 60% said Virtual Tours are very important.
