Faulkner Homestead in South Acton
 
South Acton used to be the most industrialized area of Acton. In the 18th century many, many mills and other small industrial developments were in this area and using water power generated by the Fort Pond Brook. South Acton includes the Faulkner Homestead, which is the oldest home still standing in Acton.
