Veterans Benefits - Challenges Using VA Loans in Sellers Markets
Being licensed in both Arizona and California, being a military veteran (service connected disability) and currently using my own Veterans benefits - in the form of a VA Loan, it has become exceedingly obvious the challenges a veteran faces getting their offer accepted in a sellers market.

The Arizona market is on fire right now, with us receiving as many as 30 offers on a single property.  I have even heard of a recent HUD home receiving 91 offers!!!  What typically happens to a veteran who plans on using their … (1 comments)

I found this on www.VeteranOwnedBusiness.com and needed to share.  I served Active Duty Air Force from 1986 - 1990 then the Massachusetts Airt National Guard from 1990 - 1995.  I am also in the beginning stages of developing the Military Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals - open to all and established to promote homeownership within the active duty, retired and veteran community.

On this Memorial Day Sunday morning, I was laying in bed watching CNN.  They ran a story about Purple Heart Homes and Dale Beatty.  Dale lost both of his legs in an explosion in Iraq.  He has now taken on the challenge of helping Military Veterans of all wars acquire housing.
