Someone phoned me some time back indicating they had been referred to me by a previous client. Here is what they shared.They had their preapproval for Mortgage and were ready to begin the search for their next home. In fact, they told me the home finding mission had to happen very fast. In Real Estate we would say, "Time was truly of the Essence". So the question was: "What can you do to make this happen as quickly as possible?" I received a phone call some time back from a frustrated potential client. Her words were something like: "David, I just can't make the Home Search work on your Web Site according to what I am needing to see by way of results." She went on to say, "I get all kinds of results that I don't care to receive!"I asked if she was in front of her computer and the response was, "Yes".
