Mr. Gettysburg's Homes and Real Estate Information

By
Real Estate Agent - Coldwell Banker Select Professionals
The Gettysburg Homes and real estate information blog is my way of giving back to Gettysburg's people and my personal sphere of influence. The objective is to provide real time real estate infomation and it's potential effect on Gettysburg, PA. The current real estate market is far from what one would call "normal." Changes are constant, which requires professional realtors to be knowledgable and capable of shifting with the market. The governments attempts to stimulate the market has also caused a steep learning curve for most buyers and sellers in the market. An understanding of the policies and procedures is just one way I can help you to the successful sale or purchase of a Gettysburg, Pa property. I work both as a Gettysburg buyer agent, and a Gettysburg Listing agent. I also enjoy the challenge of finding quality investment properties and helping buyers to ensure a desired profit margin. If I can help you in any way feel free to call or send me an email. Quick response time and great communication are always my goal.

A friend and sports writer for the Gettysburg Times, Adam Michael put the following together.  The Artists are all guys I went to high school with.  I've yet to see them perform live, but tonight might be the night.  They will be performing at the Ragged Edge Coffee house at 7.  If you don't know...

"I'm at the house you have listed on X road, can we see it now? I don't know if I'm a sucker for punishment or what, but I do my best to run out and show properties when this happens.  Tonight I was headed home with my freshly made Stromboli when the phone rang.  I pulled over because I was about...

To preface this I would like to state that I work with mostly very young buyers and sellers.  I don't specialize in this, but right now it's just how it's working out.  Younger buyers typically mean less money down and very little equity, which can be challenging considering that home prices have...

I've been actively blogging for about a year or so now.  I have one active real estate blog and that is here at AR.  The AR blogs rank so high there is little reason to go anywhere else.  I would also like to say that at this point in my blogging career I'm not a fancy blogger with a lot of image...

We've beaten this First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit more often than the proverbial horse.  Something along the lines of "Hey don't miss it again!" or "Hurray, It's been extended."  Wait...Is this another male enhancement ad? The honest truth is the first time buyers out there realize there is money...

Courtesy of www.Gettysburgmuseum.com I grabbed the quick history of the Remembrance Day Parade.  The 2009 parade will be held November 21, 2009 at 1pm.  So what are we remembering?  Here is the blurb from the website.  "In 1956, when the last surviving soldier passed away, Albert Woolson, a monum...
