This has been a year of many changes for me. I lost my Mom in February and still struggle to get my voice back into blogging. I have been watching some of my favorite bloggers and made an occasional comment or two. But still the words will not come to me.
I made another change in my company a few days ago. I am now with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners in Snellville, Ga. I still work the same areas in east metro Atlanta. My office is closer to where I live. It's a dynamic office with a broker that believes … (13 comments)

How Do You Say Goodbye?
My Mom passed away on Friday, February 18, 2011 and I miss her so much. She was 78. She was in the hospital from Saturday through Friday and the doctor released her to go home. She was having problems breathing and had not gotten any better in the hospital. The ambulance brought her home and got her into her bed and then left. What a Day This Has Been!When you have a birthday and you are "older" it doesn't have quite the sparkle it used to have.  I spent the day at home with my Mom and ate the wonderful birthday cake she made me. That is so special to be able to share your birthday with your Mom at my age. We both enjoyed the quiet day.My son and his family called to wish me "happy birthday". When Breath of Life Becomes Breadth of Life
Today was a day spent at the doctor's office with my Mom. She has pneumonia, got a couple of shots and a breathing treatment. She is breathing better now. The doctor wanted to put her in the hospital, but she refused. Spending time in the local hospital is a sure way to get sick.
