Did you hear the news-  FHA has just dropped the 90 day seasoning rule.  Home owners now dont have to wait to sell on day 91 after just purhcasing a home.  Investors are going to love this, getting the market moving again.  I hope this will make a big difference with the foreclosures being bought...
