As a real estate agent, I am required to take a certain number of hours in continuing education every year. I usually do that through a variety of classes that either pique my interest or will be beneficial to my business.
I recently attended a class that was being taught by a broker with many years of listing experience on Listing Presentations.

What is the Best Way for Buyers to Remember a Seller's Home?

I read an interesting post this morning that discussed how real estate agents may vary their marketing budget according to the price point of the listed property. One of the topics mentioned was the use of brochures or flyers left by the listing agent in the home for buyers to take. This agent felt no matter what the price point, a brochure should be left for buyers.
While I do agree there should be a brochure for buyers, my motives are slightly different than other agents.
