For many years Metairie and Kenner Homes for sale saw a consistence property appreciate. Before 2005, we saw a 5% appreciation rate year in year out.

There are no guarantees especially in real estate. As we saw from 2007 to 2014 appreciation rate dropped. In late 2014, many feel we are turning a corner.
