I have received a number of calls from real estate agents and other lenders regarding financing for lot loans.  Landmark Credit Union has 3 programs available.  20% down is the main requirement.  I am happy to give additional details of our programs; just contact me or give me a call at my office.

Typically you wouldn't think that a credit union would be able to finance Jumbo loans up to $1,000,000.  However, here in Wisconsin at Landmark Credit Union we have some great programs. Where could you get a 30 year fixed Jumbo at 6.50% (apr 6.987%) with 10% down and a 680 credit score or better?...
