I have been pursuing an investor that has a large portfolio of homes to manage for over a year. The owner hired a unlicensed person to manage the portfolio. That means this person was handling monies on behalf of the owner with no recourse if any monies were missing. Furthermore, this person was conducting real estate without a license. Well, I did an outside inspection of this unit noticing the items that were outside. Obviously, we have too many items on the outside. It really looked like a junk yard. I wanted to share a recent picture of a home that was broken into by a squatter. The next store neighbor called me to inform me that someone had broken into the home. As you can see, someone tore the entire patio door right off. Luckily, there was no other damage to this home. However, some people will go to long lengths to sleep for a night.
