charlotte: The auctioning of high dollar properties - 10/12/08 09:37 AM
Hi,
I'd like to hear from others about the auctioning of high dollar properties.  This consists of properties that are worth more than 1 million dollars.
I'm about to auction 5 different properties worth over 1 million dollars each and, like the rest of you, the economy has me a bit worried.  I feel that it will be harder for buyers to qualify.
I'd like feedback because I am going to be auctioning these properties off with complete owner financing in place.  The auction will be for the down payment.
