What is not provided by the DOD sites is an online directory of life beyond the guard post.  These Carr homes were built in the mid 1970's.  They are all brick  Several have a garage  The community is immaculate and very well groomed To date, no homes have sold and settled in 2009.  No meaningful comparison can be made with 2008 results.  However, the two homes currently on the market are carryovers from 2008.
