sonoma valley: Sonoma, CA Home Sales Charts from 2001 thru November 2010 - 12/22/10 12:22 PM
I missed my market reports for November 2010 but couldn't go without at least providing the charts.  As  you can see for the month of November the average price was down but the volume was up!  Lower prices are what interest buyers.  People are always asking, "What is a buyer looking for these days?" and the answer is "A good deal."  They don't care about granite counter tops.  The want VALUE.  Imagine that.  :)
