Well the forcast in the Phoenix area is @#$%#%# Hot and getting hotter. So the Prescott area is the place to be. The prices have dropped and homes are starting to move. I just had a site built horse property drop from $315K to $298,600.  A site built  home with stables and room for a arena. WOW.....
