In 2008 the City Creek Project began with a view to rejuvenate the area by giving this proud city a worthy central district. Three years later and much of the project has been completed. With a price tag of around $3 billion, the project includes new retail units and up to 800 residential units, including Salt Lake City luxury real estate.

What is happening with Real Estate in Salt Lake City? We have seen the Real Estate Market in Salt Lake City take a tumble during the past couple years. Will Real Estate in Utah and Salt Lake City begin a much needed turn around this year? All indications and predications seem to make us believe that Homes in Salt Lake City will begin to sell at a much higher pace this year. Many economists are saying this is the year real estate will finally turn around: Sales will be increasing, prices will be stabilizing and conditions will be generally improving. Unfortunately, foreclosures and other distressed properties will still make up a larger-than-desired portion of our market. The government has made some important changes to the Treasury version of HAFA (Homeowners Affordable Foreclosure Program), effective on February 1, they hope to reduce this distressed property inventory and speed up the recovery of our market. What is it about Draper Real Estate? I have noticed a trend in the last two years with my buyer's and leed generating programs. I receive a much higher percentage of in State Buyer's or Locals who are looking at homes for sale in Draper, Ut. My Relocation leeds and clients from out of State are much more apt on the initial consultation to inquire about Holladay Homes or Real Estate in Sandy. I know this trend has flaws. It may be the way we use the internet to market Homes. It could also be that we list more homes (0 comments)
