we will never accept such a low price
 
don’t even think of submitting an offer like that, we will reject it soooo fast
 
we will accept your counter offer if the price and terms are....

My photographer decided to leave the toilet out of sight in this photo --- we can assume it is there, right?

One of my pet peeves can be found in photos on the multiple listing service(MLS).   Bathrooms can be difficult rooms to photograph due to their intimate size, mirrors and a multitude of other issues.  Aside from cleanliness factors and clutter, my biggest pet peeve is the raised toilet seat.  Please put the toilet seat down!  This applies to photography as well as when the house is being shown.

This past week, I received along with all other Realtors in the state of California, an envelope from the California Association of Realtors.  Inside there is a pamphlet extolling the virtures of home ownership, a call to action to all Realtors to respond to Red Alerts when there is critical legislation in our state, a plea to support the Realtor Action Fund which raises fund to protect our interests in government as well as some of the issues the CAR had addressed and continues to promote.
