It may have seemed like a slow weekend for Baker City real estate. The Easter holiday and rainy weather should have kept people inside. However, evidence shows that buyers were in their cars. Many sellers say that there was a lot of drive-by activity. Agents report that Saturday was especially active with several showings. The expectations are that the market will become even more active in the next few weeks. Inventory is still tight, but properties are continuing to come on the market. Keep checking here for updates. Another stellar weekend for Baker City real estate. Again, properties under $150,000 are going fast. However, pricing is still a concern, with a few houses in that price range taking a while to sell. Mainly, the two factors that are affecting those homes are condition and price. Even though there is a severe shortage of listings, buyers are showing some constraint, opting to wait rather than make a poor buying decision.
