The summer buying season continues in Academy School District 20 with sales jumping 17% over May.  Average sales price and median sales price remained about this same with only a 2% drop.  List price to sales price was at 96.7% with average days on market jumping 18% in Academy School District 20.  Months of inventory remains good at 5.6 months.  We are seeing homes for sale in the higher prices in Academy School District 20 start to take off during June with 45% of the sales above $300,000.
