I've always believed there is more right than wrong with the real estate profession. However, sometimes our flaws are flaunted in the face of consumers. There's a new niche or two on my 2012 blogging list, and after a full day (and a stomach too full to sleep) of celebrating Christmas with family, I developed a blog posting schedule for my new additions. 
 
 
I'm off to walk and burn off the Christmas dinner garlic mashed potatoes and Key Lime pie...I hope your Christmas was the merriest and brightest and ever so memorable.
 
 
One more afternoon of relaxing then back to work...

Queen Elizabeth spoke about the importance of family and friends in her annual Christmas broadcast today.  As is often said when we look back upon the life we lived, it is family and friends we recall with great joy and love.  It is not the number of deals closed or lost, or the amount of money we made or lost.  I think the wise words of 85 year old Queen Elizabeth are ones to remember as we embark upon the New Year.

An agent asked me why I bother to preview property.  I do it because I don't want to waste my client's time.  Even though there may be fifty photos online and a virtual tour I still like to be confident the property I am showing comes as close to their required must have list as possible.
