Here is the most update for the Gillette WY real estate market. As you can see, activity has picked up with the spring market and there are currently 92 homes under contract in Gillette.  Our absorption rate has risen slightly but we feel like the overall market continues to be healthy and balanced.  It's obvious from looking at these numbers that the higher end homes are a much slower market; while homes  under $325,000 continue to drive the market.  We continue to see a lot of new construction homes selling very quickly.  Especially in the $200,000 - $ 250,000 range.  We … (0 comments)
