A situation presented itself the other day that caught me by surprise. It made me realize that with today’s technology and small cameras. We we need to remind home buyers it is not ok to take photos of the inside of homes your visit that are for sale.
The other day while house hunting, one of the people I was with, started taking photos. We were looking at an occupied home. I tried to be gentle; however I quickly said you can't do that!

In this fast paced Online world we have now, I have noticed a trend with Online Homebuyers. So many seem to overlook homes they see Online based on the front photo or because the home doesn't have the totally remodeled with high end features they want.

 
My suggestion to you, is "don't do that. "
Get in the car and take a drive.
Only you know for sure in your heart where you can see yourself living.

Everyone arrives at the settlement office, sellers, the listing agent, the buyers agent and the attorney. We are about to head into the conference room when we get a call from the purchaser...he has been hit by a bus......

Amazing enough the purchaser walked from this with a few minor injuries. The car totalled. All those personal move items ( you know all those special things you carry yourself to keep safe)...ruined. Everyone remained flexible. Sellers gave the purchaser a pre-occupancy for the weekend and the purchaser will sign Monday Morning.
