Real Estate may move a little slower when it comes to placing a bet, but it never stands still. It is always in a state of flux and can be compared to getting on and off an escalator. I learned a long time ago that when practicing the servicing of a customer, the word NO was worth-less and not appropriate. Next time you go out to eat at a nice restaurant, ask to be seated in the section of the best food server they have. Everyone will know who those people are. Then, you are in for a treat. Watch what good service does to making your eating experience extraordinary and meaningful. 
Remember, the food serer you asked for loves the job and the business they are in. Because of that, you will see a side that you often don't see. Things really happen and go well AND you receive the reward and the benefit of that.

There was once a well off Real Estate agent (agent hopper)  who was prospering and decided to have fun. There was another Real Estate agent (agent ant) who thought it prudent to keep working and save for a rainy day.
