Often home sellers and buyers look at a REALTOR(R) as a cost when the agent(s) can be the catalyst with the knowledge and creativity that find the ways that make the deal work-whether by negotiating a credit from the seller, finding a family member to gift the funds or wrap the difference into the loan.
