Yelpful in Seattle… When I talk to real estate professionals about social media, newcomers to it are concerned right out of the gate about the time it takes. “How much of this do I need to do and what’s my return on investment,” are two phrases I hear often. Driving to work the other morning the tall buildings had their tops in the clouds. Ah, clouds, it got me to thinking about Google's purchase of Metaweb . Seattle... "Is your head in the cloud? Are your feet on the ground?" Metaweb invented Freebase, a massive semantic database using what it calls...

A couple of weeks ago I shared a special resource I found in Kent, Washington, Psychic Special $10. I know these are challenging times and I always try to help my friends out with the best resources I can find. I drive by this location a few times a month and I know that the normal price is $25. ...

I'm at Broadway East and Mercer Street on Capitol Hill. Sitting at the red light my eye catches a man walking his dog down the Ave. They cross the street in front of me and it's immediately obvious this dog is having an absolutely wonderful time. On leash, well behaved, its youthful energy can ha...
