audio: Top Tips from Top Realtors : Are you game? Or not? - 02/24/08 05:17 PM
So I'm curious about something.
We've been tossing around the idea of interviewing some of the top realtors that we work with (and maybe a few we don't ;) around what has helped them get into the top 1% of realtors.
Several of our clients are leading agents that regularly out perform the competition.
We wondered if you'd be interested in hearing what they have to say on Selling Real Estate.
If every month I could deliver ... let's say... 2 to 4 new high profile names that we will sit down and interview on camera and provide access to their brains, get into their … (3 comments)

audio: Audio Blogging and a Design Tip for Realtors - 12/09/07 02:16 PM
I used a call recorder to show you how easy it is to create good quality content for your blog, website or newsletter.

Does your advertising get you noticed like this?
Try it for yourself, it really does stand out.

audio: Talking signs help qualify buyers - 09/20/07 07:43 PM
Our clients tell us that they've reduced their call volume by over half. The best part is that the calls that they DO get are more interested since they've already received all the info they need regarding the size of the bedroom, number of rooms, price, etc...
We use a small FM transmitter, a custom sign and radio commercial quality voice production to put together a talking sign that delivers your message 24 hours a day.
Imagine how convenient it is for prospects to listen to your listing information from the comfort of their car.

audio: Broadcast your listings on FM - 08/05/07 07:30 PM
Something you may or may not have seen before is using a low powered FM transmitter to broadcast an audio message about your listing.  Effectively making your for sale sign a Talking Sign.
Simply add a topper (or a new sign) with the FM frequency on it and put one of our SellFM Talking Signs inside the house.  Our FM Transmitters are perfectly legal and transmit your message to people in their cars 24 hours a day.
It's a great way to talk to your prospects without having to be there and it greatly reduces the number of calls you have to … (1 comments)
