On Friday it was announced through Reuters that THE DELINQUENCY RATE OF US MORTGAGES FELL SHARPLY IN THE 1ST QUARTER reaching the lowest level since 2009.The US Mortgage Bankers Association 8.1% if US loands were seriously delinquint which was 50 basis points (1/2 a percent for layman) than fourth quarter 2010 and 144 basis points (1.44%) lower than the same period a year earlier (2010)It was the 5th straight quarter of declines in the delinquincy rate.
