Every time we disparage the state of the economy and talk about the terrible state of real estate, we create a self fulfilling prophesy. It is my view that if we are positive, then positive things will happen. There are great opportunities in the market and it is time to stress the positive, and put a bow on it.

It is often said "the more things change, the more things stay the same," and I believe that. Real estate isn't complicated, it's not simple but it isn't complicated. People buy and sell pretty much as they did fifty years ago but the differences are in the tools that are used to get to the closi...
With so much travail around the world it is nice to have a respite. Today is World Hug Day. Yeah, I didn't know either but I have seen it online and early this morning on television. Well we are all here and now wondering what today's agenda will be. Sometimes when we arrive there doesn't seem to be a plan. Other times, some loud mouth chirps and chirps and says very very little. Hey it's a group.....So what do you guys want to do today?
I have followed Debbie Reynolds for a long time and always found her to be smart, focused and giving. I called her this morning and she was in a closing. Talk about a win win. This morning I am thinking a lot about my parents of blessed memory, and long gone. As a kid I remember ...
I have liked and enjoyed Susan for some time now. Yesterday, I called her. Susan is straight-forward, honest and interesting. Recently I saw on Facebook that she was contemplating a trip to Antarctica and I knew we had a lot in common, traveling to far off and unusual places. We spoke about our t...
I enjoy the mornings, before the sun is fully up and before the day really gets underway. I like to breath and hang out with my pups and do my blogging before the day gets going or gets away. Then I enjoy Good Morning America and making and having my breakfast with the cast. I feed my three, they...
