Every time we disparage the state of the economy and talk about the terrible state of real estate, we create a self fulfilling prophesy. As a kid I so looked forward to the weekends: no school, no projects just time to play and relax. As I got older weekends were different: a time to get done what the week wouldn't allow. In real estate weekends are the busiest time and I began to prepare early in the week and be glad happy when M...
Perhaps there will be more flurries, or a snow shower: the forecast is not certain. After days of hype, it did indeed snow on Wednesday, not a blizzard but a magical time to look and see and be grateful for the fortunes that nature brings. This never gets old and I am still enjoying it.

I do however like to watch them from a far and knowing what they know is pretty interesting. This picture...
It's really cold out and just started to lightly snow, a day before it was scheduled, or should I say, forecast. The sky is gray, the wind is howling and I am stocked and ready. So I looked into the my television room, and caught my three just hanging. It was as if they were saying, "what do you ...
No place says home for the holidays more than Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Norman Rockwell could be as happy today as he was when he lived and worked here. It is kind of like a small town that time forgot and that is why I love it here and call it my home. Yesterday was a special holiday celebrati...
