 Aloha, This Mar 2011 improved over Mar 2010 by 15 extra sales, going from 60 to 75 which is a 25% increase. Of the 75 sales this year, 35 were residential sales, 15 were land, there were 24 condo sales and 1 business sold. Year to date there were 194 sales compared to 154 in this time last year ...

Aloha, We ended March with 75 sales which is a 25% increase over the 60 sales in Mar 2010. Year to date we are at 194 compared to this time last year when we had 154 sales. Of the 75 sales this month, 24 were condos, which is down from 29 sales last March. Of those sales, only 6 were in the Hanal...
