Bridgeport is an interesting Real Estate Market.  Home Sales are running 8% ahead of last year with 330 Homes sold through September 30th of this year.  We are still down from the 410 homes that had sold by this time in 2007.   It appears that Bargain Hunters are behind this surge in Units Sold. ...
