Looks like the residential market has taken a slight downturn from last year and last month. With the all the crazy economic news it will be interesting to see where we are headed.
The Wall Street Journal is predicting Bellingham's Real Estate prices to rise by 4.9% this year and another 12.4% next year. Let's hope whoever is reading their crystal ball has got it right.
