Good numbers for Whatcom County real estate in November, the numbers are up for both price and number of sales over last year and up in price a bit but down in number of sales from last month. If the pattern of the green line in the chart above keeops repeatin we can expect to see the number of sales drop to about 100 over the next few months.

Looks like the residential market is slightly down from last year . The number of sales in the county is pretty close to last years. The condo sales number of units is down.  Stay tuned to see where we are heading.
 
The Wall Street Journal is predicting Bellingham's Real Estate prices to rise by 4.9% this year and another 12.4% next year. Let's hope whoever is reading their crystal ball has got it right.
