By now most real estate agents have at least one website, many have more than one; that coupled with all the other social networking tools and blogs we use, we are all pretty plugged into the cyber world.
Oddly enough I still see agents out there who are still relying on a sign in the yard and an add in the local paper.

I just built and launched a new web site for less than $10.00 a year. I am working on some others now too. Bates County Real EstateThe trick is to get them up in the search engine rankings, but I'm pretty good at that. So why do I need yet another web site?
Links, referrals, and traffic. As I grow the popularity of this site I gain position on the Internet. As that sight gets more active it boosts the rating of the sites it links to.

I posted a blog last week about how netreal.net has no customer service, refuses to respond to requests or trouble tickets and keeps crashing. It was amazing how many responses I got from other people who are stuck with them too. My site just crashed again, I am desperate to move my site.
I'm planning to move my site to www.agent.point2.com ; does anyone have any suggestions or comments good or bad about www.agent.point2.com or any other real estate website provider?

I've had the same website provider for some time. At first it was a decent relationship but as I became more SEO or Internet savvy I started asking questions they couldn't answer.
First I asked questions like can I place a sitemap on my site, and do you have any sitemap tools. After several inquiries I got a short, curt response..... "at this time we do not have the ability to do that".
Next it was can I rearrange the content based on preference or does it have to be last in first listed. The long awaited response was basically "NO".
