Gerry - What a cool picture - so interesting to think about the old one-room schoolhouse.

Jason,

It reminds me of "The Little House in the Prairies".    Thank you for stopping by and commenting.

What a cool picture!  Amazing what good condition that building appears to be in.  I can only imagine what it was like walking to school in the snow!

Debbie,

I would imagine it would have been harder for the kids to be inside the school when there is snow outside they would rather be playing with.  I believe the building is a historical building and hence, it gets maintained in good condition to preserve a part of the history.

I love the old one-room school houses.  Thanks for the pic.
