Muskegon is growing.

There are different reasons why cities grow. Increase in jobs being one of the biggest. For the real estate invostor however there are issues that I think are also noteworthy. I think that this next article is noteworthy:

Baker college is one of our biggest and fastest growing colleges here in town. The addition of their new culinary arts school is going to create a new need for affordable family housing in the Muskegon area. Muskegon is growing and has more to offer then just jobs. Muskegon is a beachtown that has yet to realize it's fullest potential. Come and join us out here by the Lakeshore where properties are still selling for $15,000.

Jason - Way to promote the Muskegon area! I'm just north of you up here in Hart. Muskegon needs good news, and I'm glad to see others spreading it! We have the LumberJacks, too, so why would people NOT want to move here??? See you around!
