Talked to Bill Nasby tonight.

 Eight-one years old and still driving around North America in his RV doing workshops on Creative Visualization and door knocking.

Many of you will know that Bill has had some cancer concerns in the past but is now 100% cancer free. It was conquered Bill's way. A special diet, creative visualization, affirmations and what Bill would call the universal source.

Way to go Bill.

  Bill is the real thing. A couple times in his life he has relocated to a new community and with a very short period of time he became a top producer in his new town.

 Bill and his students have proven over and over that you don't need to spend a ton of money in this business to succeed. Bill's system is simple. Pick a large area. Eliminate the people who don't want to move in the next year. Continually follow up on the rest. When they call to list they are sold on you. No listing presentation required to close the listing.

 Bill made hundreds of thousands of dollars knocking on doors in the 1980s and 1990s. Mike Ferry talks about one of his students who took Mike's workshop and became a top producer by knocking on doors in thirty below temperature in Edmonton Alberta wearing a snow suit. Bill Nasby was that guy.

Well everyone - I have yet to door knock - yet.  Will be!  In training with Bill and let me tell you, worth everything.  My self esteem (not that it was low to begin with) confidence, and the know how to really succeed.  Get over the fear and just try it.  Pick a buddy, what can someone do.. shut the door?  "Some will, some won't, so what, next..."  Love it!

Thank you so much for posting about Bill Nasby. I am one of Bill's students that has become a Top Producer from Bill's example and teaching. I have been coaching with Bill now for over 6 years and my life has been so blessed because of it. For those of you who are afraid of door knocking or prospecting in general, it would be worth your while to purchase Bill's Cd's or even better, have Bill come to your town and take you to the doors. Talking to someone face to face is the most effective way to build a relationship and find the people who want to move so you can help them.

Bill Is my HERO and I wouldn't be where I am today without him.

I am looking for my good buddy Bill Nasby.  We use to skydive todether and as his Master rigger, I repacked his reserve parachute 3 times in one a day.  A record he still holds for the most reserve rides in the same day.

I'd like to catch up with him.  My husband, his pilot, became an Anesthesiologist and we adopted more kids.  We bought another home and are moveing to Utah.  I've taken up paraglideing after being paralyzed for 6 months and told I would NEVER walk again.  "Never say never!!!"
