Florida Keys Real Estate Market is READY FOR CHANGE!

If you have been in the real estate business for 20+ years, like I have, you know one thing is for sure, the market changes. I've seen double digit interest rates, seller's markets, the lowest rates in 40 years and buyer's markets. One thing is for sure whatever market we are in, it will change.

You can almost feel the swell getting ready to errupt in my market. Our inventory is down almost 50% and buyers are starting to buzz that, now is the time to buy because we are likely at or near the illusive bottom of the market.

We're booming out here right now. Prices have been stable for three months and home sales have been up for nine months. There is a lot of Stimulus Bill money flowing through the County, companies are hiring, and there's excitement in the air.

We don't have much of a local economy outside of tourism but the real estate is hot as our prices are now very affordable.
