Bottom line on BOLD: 18 agents, 93 sales in 8 weeks
BOLD, a new coaching program from MAPS, came to a close last week with 18 graduates of the eight-week program reporting a total of 6,570 contacts, 295 appointments, 128 listings and 93 sales. "You can have results or you can have reasons, and you've clearly chosen to have results!" emphasized Dianna Kokoszka, president of MAPS Coaching, who developed and led the BOLD program. BOLD is an intensive coaching experience that is taught in the market center one day a week for six hours a day.
Achieving stellar results in a less-than-stellar market calls for making a 180 degree turn in both mindset and focus. For Gene Arant, associate with the Lake Travis market center, it meant "moving from being a marketing machine to becoming prospecting based." In doing so, Arant took seven listings during the course of the eight-week program.
BOLD moves beyond training, into the realm of conditioning, practice and accountability as new habits are formed, new skills are realized, and limiting beliefs are dismantled.
