How old is your NED or Foreclosure List?

How many of you buy week-old NED lists or get them for free from the title company?

What if I could send you a Daily email, in a format you can easily put into Mail Merge, that had the NED list for the same day!

Not only that, but I check for owner of record address and put that on there too.

I also get phone numbers for you.

 

If you had this information, how many more people could you help with Short Sales or Loan Modifications?

After. The counties usually start dumping the NED info onto the websites at midnight. At least that is how it is here in CO. Then I crosscheck with the assesor records by address to make see if the owner of the property.

Do you also include the current mortgage lender/servicer and can you provide the data in a spreadsheet format?
