Mossy Head new Dollar General

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker United Realtors

Why is it worth noting about a new Dollar General store. There had been talk that sections of Highway 90 were not going to be allowed forĀ  Retail Commercial use in this area. Here is new pictures of the store on Highway 90 in between Defuniak Springs and Mossy Head.

Shame that one kind of "green" always seems to prevail over the other kind of green....and it usually only benefits a few

Highest and best use of land should always be the consideration. If this parcel will accelerate convenience and value to the people in the area then it is a good use of the land. Our Mayor recently took, by eminent domain, 180 acres of prime "smart growth" residential land (infrastructure in place) and "plans" a park, and government utility buildings there.
