That's Just Too Much Information!!!

Do you ever feel blogged down? I mean, just how much information can one person take in?  And how much time does anyone really have to try to assimilate and make sense of all the information that is available?  This is just one more blog that vies for your time and attention.  If you are reading this I want to ensure that your time is not waisted, therefore I need to ensure that the information is valuable and something that you can use.  Ok... here it is.  Take time to be quiet. Shut the computer off and go sit next to a river.  Go walk in the mountains. Pick up a child and listen to what they have to say.  Love your spouse.  Help a friend in need. Notice something significant that is Not on the nightly news.  Listen to the still small voice that speaks in the early morning hours... that one that let's you know what is important.  And when you come back from your quiet time you will have something meaningful to share with the rest of us but more importantly you will have shared in what's really important and will be a better person for it.
