 now has an inventory below the Santa Clara market area average.

 


Surprisingly, as shown below, the supply of very large homes
(over 2500 square feet)
 is also below the Santa Clara market area average.

 This range has a shocking available inventory ratio of less than one percent...
reminiscent of the height of the housing boom.
