Retirement communities or assisted living properties?

I am looking for direct contacts or owners who have single or portfolios in retirement and assisted living communities. I have a strong relationship with a company who owns throughout the united states and is looking to increase their portfolios. Properties must be strong b to a properties which are operating. This company does have an acquisitions deparment however I am introducing projects to the owner of the companies personally.

All properties and operation info must be documented and available to submit to me for my client. I have no problem signing disclosures.

 

Also through through my position, I can arrange 1031 exchanges, TIC's and debt investments on their properties to your investors. A minumum of 150,000.00 investment is necessary. This is a highly established company and experienced in this process. Agent comissions will be discussed.
