Blogging With One Hand

I often wonder how those of you with families, kids, etc. - or just social lives for goodness sake - are able to post all of the wonderful content that you do.  How on earth do you fit it all in?

For me it's just my cat whom I'm ignoring.  Champ is my good natured, long suffering, endlessly adaptable prince.  His new coping mechanism to try to get some well deserved attention is to curl up in my lap while I'm at my computer.

Blogging is work - and fun - but blogging with one hand - that's another thing all together!

Here's Champer on my lap:

Hi Joe ~ My brother has a couple of Maine Coon cats (one is featured in a post I did a few days ago) - they're gorgeous cats.

Hi Leesa ~ and they clearly think we're spending too much time at the computer!

Hi Chanda ~ Even in the summer?!  Though come to think of it Champ loves to lie in the sun even on hot days.  You would think with all that fur that they'd be looking for the a/c.

GOOD MORNING LIZ!  What an expression - as if he is sure you are going to blog about him!  Finding time is challenging - especially with kids -- but we have to make the time ... especially to learn to do it with one hand!  Have a wonderful weekend! -- Gabrielle

Liz,

That is one cute cat with pretty blue eyes.  I am glad I finally got to see your cat.   I like the name Champer.   I saw Karen Ann's comment above.  I also use Picasa.  I hope you like this cropped mostly black and white photo of him which draws the attention to his beautiful eyes. If you like it, you can go ahead right click on it and save it on your computer.  My special way of saying thank you for your regular visits to my blog and for all the nice comments.

Hi Gabrielle ~ He definitely has a more serious look than usual in that picture. He's often smiling.

Hi Gerry ~ Oh my goodness that is a mesmerizing photo! Champ has his fan club and I will have to pass it around.  Thank you so much!

Liz

PS - doesn't his little white patch by his nose kill you?  I call it his "birthmark" and tell him he could have been an actor or a movie star if not for that - actually I just think it - I don't say it to him - that would be mean.
