Are you the Best Realtor in your City??

By
Real Estate Agent with Clark Realty & Associates LLC

I hope your answer was yes, and no worries if you live in San Antonio, because even though I believe I am the best Realtor in San Antonio, just having that frame of mind benefits our clients tremendously.  There is no way that I can help every client in San Antonio get into a house, so its nice having Co-Best Realtors all over the City helping me out.

What makes a Realtor the best Realtor?? Is it the client's testemonial?  The great deal you got for your client?? The Free blinds or sod you had thrown in the deal???   Its a combination of all of these things plus the attitude and the belief that you have, that makes you want to acheive that title.  Example>> Myself I have been doing Real Estate for 1 year.  Slowly (through every transaction) I end up learning something new like I am sure we all have done, but its that little extra effort that we go through that adds to the credentials of making us the best Realtor.  Things as simple as finding a loan officer.  Are we just going to refer a client to a loan officer because he can be closed in two days?? Or are we going to do the research and give him a list of potential people to interview and shop the rate or deal???  Inspector, are we going to refer him to our buddy that will do it at our convenience or are we going to have a data base of testimonials from past clients realtors friends of inspectors that are more than qualified for the job and might do better?? House are we going to get him in the first house that he likes, or are we going to do a search in the surrounding area and make sure there is not a similar house selling for less that he might like even more becuase of the price difference.

Again its the little things that make Me and you the best Realtors in our city, and its actually a big city here in San Antonio, so I hope there are more best Realtors out there helping me :)

I would love to be your RealtorĀ® in Akron Ohio!

I totally agree with you and it is a wonderful observation on your part, Adan. I am so fortunate here in Akron Ohio to be surrounded by such good Realtors and more importantly, good people!!

Like you said, I cannot possibly sell or buy all the homes available, but I count on other "Best" agents to participate and keep our good name in difficult times. We have great fun meeting, sharing and socializing while we perform our duties to our clients in a high, professional manner. For example, we just had our first RE BarCamp in Columbus Ohio last week. It was fantastic. What super people I work around. I thank God each day for them. Bravo!
